Your idea is beautiful and adds much needed warmth to a child's room. I can't help wondering though, what other types of wall art have you considered? I believe a collage is perfect for pretty much any occasion and for anyone, especially for kids, since it can be colorful and you can alter it anytime.What do you think about this type of decorative art?

This is so great! I particularly like the idea of gradually growing buildings. The color palette is also very well chosen. Great work!
